Weekly swim, bike and run workouts with club members in the White Rock area. Workouts will be posted in the forum if you are unable to attend. On Saturdays, the plan is to alternate open water swim workouts with long bike workouts at different speeds and distances leaving from White Rock Lake. Swim workouts will be 1-2 mornings per week, while there will be an evening bike and run workout during the week.
Each season there will be 5+ designated club races where we will have a strong presence and spend our time after the races regaling our victories and taking pictures of each other on the podium (even if we don’t place).
The member exclusive forum will give us a means to set up informal training meet-ups, discuss race logistics, nutrition, the latest in triathlon gear and whatever topics the members want to discuss.
The Dallas Tri Club exists to foster the development of its members’ athletic abilities and growth of their knowledge of the sport, create a community for members to work out, race, share knowledge/experiences and socialize together as well as give them access to triathlon equipment and services provided by the club’s partners.
